No. You do not need a company subscription to request advice from a specialist through HELMERYS. A workspace for your own safety advisers is a separate product.

Workspace for independent specialists costs €79.00 per month or €790.00 per year paid in advance, for one personal seat. Combine your own clients, HELMERYS assignments and ongoing external advice; SourceHub is included. Company Workspace costs €149.00 per month or €1,490.00 per year for three personal seats, including SourceHub. Each additional company seat costs €39.00 per month or €390.00 per year. Standalone SourceHub subscriptions are also available as products. All amounts exclude VAT. Prices are confirmed; ordering depends on the available payment route for each product.

Yes. SourceHub Personal costs €19.00 per month or €190.00 per year paid in advance for one user. SourceHub Team costs €49.00 per month or €490.00 per year for three personal seats. An additional seat costs €15.00 per month or €150.00 per year. All amounts exclude VAT. These plans cover source access; choose Workspace for your own client cases, with SourceHub already included.

Yes. Workspace includes your own clients and cases, documents, planning and SourceHub. You do not need a separate SourceHub subscription for the included SourceHub access.

Work independently obtained outside HELMERYS carries 0% assignment commission. Under the new offer, clients and assignments introduced through HELMERYS carry 10% commission, including for Founders and retained external advisers to a company. The Founder discount applies to the subscription, not the assignment commission. Existing contractual agreements remain in force.

The five external founders selected by HELMERYS receive an ongoing 75% discount on their chosen monthly or annual Workspace rate from their first paid period. They pay €19.75 per month or €197.50 per year in advance, excluding VAT. The discount does not end after the first year. Applying does not automatically secure a Founding place. The platform founder’s separate seat is outside these five places.

Regular admission follows after HELMERYS has selected the five external founders. New participants then use the paid Workspace subscription at the standard monthly or annual rate. Applications do not automatically fill the five places. Prices and terms are shown before ordering; applying does not create an order or charge.

The AI generator is being developed as a separately paid add-on for every subscription. Pricing will follow. It is not yet available to order or use.

Workspaces and subscriptions shows the confirmed monthly and annual prices and each product's availability. With annual payment in advance you pay ten monthly amounts; the full annual amount is paid upfront. All prices exclude VAT. Before ordering, you confirm the price, duration and cancellation terms. A preview or application is not an order or an active subscription.

No. Sign in with your existing account. The environments you can open depend on the access linked to that account. A different product or work situation does not automatically require a second account.

Start with the application on the homepage and explain how you want to use Workspace. HELMERYS selects five external Founding Specialists first. Regular admission with a paid Workspace subscription follows afterwards. An application or a new account does not automatically grant admission, paid access or company permissions.

The Company workspace for safety advisers employed by your company is in preparation. Registration for this environment and its adviser seats is not yet generally available. Registering as an independent specialist is not a substitute.

Use the sign-in screen and the recovery option provided there. Use the same email address as your existing account. If two-step verification is required for your access, it remains required when you sign in again.

The client environment is for requesting specialist advice. New independent participants use one paid Workspace subscription for their own clients, HELMERYS assignments and ongoing external advice. The separate Company workspace is for safety advisers employed by a company. These new subscriptions are in preparation; existing access and agreements remain in force.

It is for companies with in-house safety advisers: safety advisers employed by your company work within the company's access. This environment is not yet generally available. A personal specialist account does not automatically give access to company data.

Yes, this is one way to use Workspace. You remain an independent adviser and the company is your client. You work within the agreed assignment and its access permissions. This choice does not grant an employee account or automatic access to all company data. Independently acquired clients carry no HELMERYS commission; clients introduced by HELMERYS carry 10% under the new offer.

No. Business Network is a separate business membership. It is not a workspace with paid adviser seats and does not provide access to Company workspace data.

Yes. The public preview gives an impression of the different environments. It is a demonstration and does not provide access to cases or a subscription.
