An ongoing benefit for five Founding Specialists.
HELMERYS selects five external specialists for the Founding round. Selected founders receive an ongoing 75% discount on the chosen monthly or annual Workspace price from their first paid period.

The discount is personal to your specialist profile. Applying does not automatically secure a Founding place. The platform founder's separate seat is outside the five external places.
You continuously pay 25% of the chosen Workspace rate. The discount applies to the subscription; the 10% commission for clients introduced through HELMERYS remains. There is no free founder year. Selection alone does not grant paid access.
How do commission and your own clients work?
Work independently obtained outside HELMERYS is not subject to HELMERYS commission. Managing those clients in HELMERYS still requires a paid Workspace subscription.
The origin of an assignment remains recorded. Changing its classification does not turn a HELMERYS assignment into independently obtained client work. Commission is fixed when a quote is submitted; later subscription changes do not apply retrospectively.
Clients introduced by HELMERYS carry 10% commission, including for Founders and retained external advisers. Independently acquired clients remain free of assignment commission. Any payment processing costs are shown separately.
The price, VAT, duration and terms will be shown before ordering. The AI generator is in development and will be a separate paid add-on for every subscription. Its price will follow; AI answers are not yet available.
Previously accepted subscription agreements, quotes and assignments retain their recorded terms.
Standalone SourceHub subscriptions
What does SourceHub include?
SourceHub Personal and SourceHub Team cover regulations, substances and source references without a full Workspace.
Choose monthly payment or annual payment in advance. The annual amount is ten monthly amounts. Prices are confirmed; ordering becomes available when payment and access for the selected subscription are ready. Requesting information or viewing prices does not start a subscription.
